Natalie is based in De Pijp, a district that fills with diners every evening and empties towards midnight. A guest may write in whichever of her three languages he likes. She tends towards nuru and four-hand sessions, and she alone decides how a session goes. At twenty-six she pays close attention to timing, and she would rather hear that a guest is running late than find out at the door. The room should be his and ready.

Natalie decides which bookings she takes and may decline any of them; she sets the limits for what a session includes, says what they are, and may end a visit at any point, as the terms set out.
